Baseball Legend Whitey Herzog to Speak at Business Strategies Conference Closing Luncheon

Whitey Herzog, best known as manager of the St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Royals, will be the featured speaker during the 2010 ALTA Business Strategies Conference closing luncheon on May 4. As player, coach, scout, manager, general manager, director of player development and executive vice president, Herzog served baseball in more capacities than any other person. His career spanned more than three decades and included a World Series Championship with the Cardinals. Herzog was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in December 2009, and will be enshrined in July.

You won't want to miss Herzog's candid talk on his career and how he juggled all of the different roles - advice we probably all can heed as we are forced to do more with less during these difficult economic times.
