MISMO Trimester Meeting January 26-29 in Washington, D.C.

MISMO® will hold its next Trimester Meeting Jan. 26-29 at the Mortgage Bankers Association’s new headquarters in Washington, D.C. This key meeting will focus on final workgroup collaboration and data reconciliation effort for the MISMO Version 3.0 Reference Model first release. Programming on Monday, January 26th, includes expanded information for business and technology professionals who are new to MISMO.

Introduction to SMART Docs Economic Forecasts

The MISMO Title Insurance Workgroup will meet on Wednesday, January 28th, focusing on a final review of the Version 3.0 Demonstration Examples. The goal of the meeting is to report out a viable version of the Version 3.0 Title data transactions so that Title Request and Response can be part of the first release of Version 3.0, responding to a long-time industry desire for a schema format.

"This meeting is critical for the success of our planned February 20 initial release of the Version 3.0 Reference Model and first set of data transactions," said MISMO President Harry Gardner. "Participation is especially important, because this release is a major advance for the MISMO standards, and it has already received a lot of industry attention."

Lodging for the Trimester Meeting is the Donovan House Hotel, near MBA headquarters. The special hotel rate is $179/night. MISMO charges a nominal fee of $150 for MISMO subscribers and $395 for non-subscribers to offset food and beverage costs. More information can be found at the MISMO web site.
