October 17, 2005

First American Corp. and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals launched Friday a real-estate service on MSN Latino Finanzas, which offers financial news, advice and resources to the Hispanic community.

The NAHREP National Referral Network will equip Spanish-speaking customers looking to purchase a house with the knowledge and tools to make the buy. First American will provide the network with specialized credit evaluation and closing/settlement services.

The network will also offer certified Spanish-speaking real estate brokers and agents, mortgage pre-approval services and homebuying counseling services.
