Richmond, Virginia – LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: LFG), a leading provider of real estate transaction services, announces that Larry Tuliszewski has been promoted to Senior Vice President - Commercial Services for the Northeast Region, which includes states from Delaware to Maine. Previously, Tuliszewski served as Vice President and Philadelphia Branch Manager for Commercial Services.

In addition to title and closing services, the Commercial Services team advises clients on services that can be tailored to specific situations, including 1031 Exchange, environmental and engineering assessment, commercial appraisal, survey, zoning, UCC Insurance, and tax and flood certification services.

Tuliszewski, who has 24 years of experience in the title industry, holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. He is a Certified Public Accountant, member of PICPA, AICPA, and past treasurer of the Philadelphia Board of REALTORS®.
