American National Financial, Inc. Announces Addition of Key Personnel

ORANGE, Calif., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --American Title Company, a subsidiary of American National Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANFI) has added two senior management staff to its Arizona operations.

Jim Hilbun joins American as Executive Vice President and Arizona State Manager with overall responsibilities for Maricopa, Pinal, and Pima Counties. He was formerly in a senior management capacity in the Arizona operations of a major title insurance company. Jim was instrumental in their growth to the top market share position in the Phoenix market. Jim will report to Marx Baham, President of American Title Insurance Agency of Arizona.

Also joining American as Senior Vice President and Maricopa County Manager is Susan Johnson. Susan's prior assignments encompassed several senior management positions. Susan's most recent assignment was Area Manager for the largest title insurer and escrow agent in the Phoenix area. Susan will report to Jim Hilbun.

In welcoming these key individuals to the American Title family Mr. Baham reiterated American Title's longstanding corporate commitment to growth. Michael C.
