SoftPro is the nation's leading provider of Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance software

North American Title Insurance Company is a seasoned title insurance underwriter that has been helping customers achieve the American dream of homeownership for more than 50 years. In the past several years, we have become known as the “underwriter next door, because our associates are always easy to reach and our processes are, at all times, quick and straightforward. Our agency application process is fast and transparent for qualified agents. NATIC offers a one-hour underwriting response guarantee that is unparallelled in our industry. In addition, we value our agents based on their title industry knowledge and experience, not just on profits alone.

Looking for ways where you can have an impact? The American Land Title Association has several areas where you can make a difference. Most of our advocacy efforts are due in part to our members and individuals who reach out through one of the following ways.

  • TIPAC
The Title Industry Political Action Committee (TIPAC) is the voluntary, non-partisan Political Action Committee (PAC) of the America Land Title Association. It is the only PAC that directly represents the interest of the title industry in our nation's political system.

  • Title Action Network
The Title Action Network (TAN) is a premier grassroots organizations the value of the land title industry. TAN is free to join and provides brief alerts on issues impacting you and your business.

  • Personalized Policymaker
It seems quite frequently, policymakers simply don't understand the important role the title insurance industry plays in an efficient real estate transaction. To help solve this problem, ALTA has created something to change this dynamic. Spearheaded by ALTA President Mark Winter, the association has launched a Personalized Policymaker Education program, which encourages members to reach out to their U.S. Senator, U.S. Congressman, or state policymakers and regulators to ask them to visit your office to learn what the industry does to protect the real estate transaction.
