North American Title Aims to Expand Florida Footprint

September 29, 2016

North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) has hired Michael Soviero as an agency relationship manager for Florida. Based in Tampa, Soviero will be working closely with NATIC State Agency Manager Geoff Harris to further permeate the Florida market. Soviero is the first to be hired as an agency relationship manager, a new position in NATIC’s national sales division.

“Since Mike lives in the Tampa area, he is within quick striking distance and has tremendous accessibility to title agents in central Florida,” said Rich Griffin, NATIC vice president and national sales manager. “Under the tutelage of Geoff, Mike will be a true asset for any agency looking to strengthen its customer base, streamline its operations or expand its agency business.”

Soviero has 13 years’ sales and management experience in the hospitality industry, working on both the East and West coasts and then moving to Florida in 2014.

“Michael has the ability to be a good leader and business strategist because he is a good listener,” said Harris. “He learns from conversations and as a result, he creates the ability to be a resource. Like the rest of the Florida NATIC team, he will act as a free ‘concierge-style’ consultant to our title agents.”
