BofA Provides Guidance to Help Meet Closing Dates; Encourages ALTA Best Practices Certification

In its latest communication to settlement agents, Bank of America provided guidance to help ensure closing dates under the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures (TRID) rule are met and encouraged settlement to "continue on their best practice certification path."
