North American Title Group Hires Training and Development Manager

Norma Hill has joined North American Title Group Inc. as its new training and development manager.

“Norma’s extensive training and development experience will be crucial to our long-term associate engagement and retention strategies,” said Lourdes Swenson, director of associate engagement, NATG. “We recognize that our associates are talented individuals who want training and coaching to continue their growth, and investing in a training and development department will meet those needs.”

With more than 15 years of corporate training and field leadership consulting, Hill has served as an assistant vice president of training for a Fortune 500 corporation as well as a master trainer for a corporate-wide customer service training initiative.

“Training is the cornerstone of associate development and offering development opportunities to all associates is not common to the title industry,” said Hill. “North American Title wants to be the company that people choose – and choose to stay with – because we offer development opportunities to all associates. Being a part of that growth and development of people was something I wanted to be part of.”
