Frazier & Deeter Certifies Seven Georgia Law Firms to ALTA Best Practices

Seven Georgia law firms have received certification to ALTA’s “Title Insurance and Settlement Company Best Practices from CPA firm Frazier & Deeter.

The following firms have all achieved certification by demonstrating compliance with the seven pillars of ALTA’s Best Practices:

“These firms have procedures in place that fully meet the standards of the ALTA Best Practices framework,” said Tracey Webb, leader of Frazier & Deeter’s ALTA compliance practice. “By seeking certification via a third party CPA firm, these firms have submitted their procedures for a thorough review and proven they have the internal practices in place to protect consumers and lenders throughout the real estate settlement process.”

Frazier & Deeter’s ALTA certification practice is led by Webb, a CPA who joined Frazier & Deeter in 2015 after 27 years with Stewart Title where she served in a variety of leadership roles. Webb is a frequent speaker at title industry events regarding ALTA Best Practice Compliance.
