Frank Lloyd Wright Home in Highland Park Sees Another Price Drop

The George Madison Millard House can now be had for about half of its original asking price.

The George Madison Millard House, a Frank Lloyd Wright gem in Highland Park, is now on the market for about half of what it was just four years ago.

The Prairie school gem with four bedrooms and three and a half baths can be had for $749,000, according to Curbed Chicago. The home has underwent 12 price reductions since it was first listed by current owners in May 2011 at $1.299 million.

While Frank Lloyd Wright houses aren’t known for selling quickly, this house may very well hold the record for price cuts on Wright homes in the Chicagoland area. At this point, we might have to hold out and just hope that noted Wright fan and billionaire Jennifer Pritzker will swoop in and save this one.”
