Software Providers Offer Solutions to Support Creation of TRID

April 2, 2015

RealEC Technologies, a division of Black Knight Financial Services, and Ellie Mae have made announcements that will help industry participants produce the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s TILA-RESPA integrated disclosures.

RealEC has developed Closing Insight, which is designed to streamline the closing process and support the creation of the Closing Disclosure. RealEC will initiate the process to register title and settlement agents with Closing Insight on April 15. During registration, settlement agents will be asked to provide the necessary information to activate the integration with the Closing Insight Software Partner Network. Settlement agents using proprietary software or commercial software outside of RealEC’s Partner Network will be given access to Closing Insight through RealEC’s service provider web portal.

To support creation of the Closing Disclosure, Closing Insight is integrating with the following title and settlement production software platforms:

  • SoftPro
  • RamQuest
  • FAST, Streamline and TitleExpress
  • ResWare
  • Aim+/SureClose
  • SnapClose
  • LandTech
  • RBJ-Edge

Meanwhile, Ellie Mae, a provider of software solutions and services for the residential mortgage industry, launched its new integrated mortgage disclosures solution to clients as part of its Encompass all-in-one mortgage management solution. The offering is part of Ellie Mae’s ongoing readiness initiative designed to prepare clients for the new regulations that go into effect. Aug. 1.
